Home inspections are important for
new construction as well as existing construction.
Even with excellent builders’ warranty
offers, there are issues that may go unseen and may not
be addressed. With an inspector that is not
employed by the builder, you can get a detailed,
unbiased report of these issues and concerns.
If you are building a house and
would like to get an inspection, we recommend
scheduling it just before your walk-through. That
way, everything will be installed and operating when
the inspection is performed. Also, you will be
equipped with the report when you walk through the
house with the builder.
There are often several items to
report on new construction. Take comfort, and
remain confident with your new home with a home
inspection.
