1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Beneficial Inspections app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Beneficial Inspections provides a platform to:

• Schedule and manage property inspections
• Connect customers, real estate agents, and inspectors
• Generate and manage inspection quotes and reports
• Process payments for inspection services
• Facilitate communication between all parties

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@beneficialinspections.com if you suspect unauthorized access

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

• Customers: Provide accurate property information and ensure access for scheduled inspections.
• Agents: Represent clients accurately and ensure all parties are informed of inspection details.
• Inspectors: Conduct thorough, honest inspections and deliver timely, accurate reports.
• Owners/Admins: Manage platform operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed securely via Square
• All fees are displayed before confirmation
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
• We are not responsible for third-party payment processor issues

6. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before scheduled inspection: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours before: Subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows: No refund

7. Inspection Reports

• Reports are provided for informational purposes only
• Beneficial Inspections does not guarantee the accuracy of inspector findings
• Reports are the professional opinion of the licensed inspector
• We are not liable for decisions made based on inspection reports

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software within the Beneficial Inspections app are owned by Beneficial Inspections and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beneficial Inspections shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Damages resulting from third-party actions
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
